Molly Matelski is currently working as a restaurant consultant for food and beverage operations.
As an Assistant General Manager who has worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years, Molly has led and developed top performing teams for the Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group in 20 properties nationwide.
Prior to that, as Corporate Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for the Americas at Marriott International, she also played a dynamic role in the successful opening of a Renaissance hotel, and three restaurant and bar openings.
She has also served as guest instructor at the Illinois Institute of Art and as general manager for an Italian CafeĢ.
