Joe Baker is the Dean of the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts at Centennial College, one of the most comprehensive Hospitality and Gastronomical Schools of our time.
An advocate of the innovative educational philosophy of experiential learning, Joe is known for his leadership in training dynamic teams of young talents in five major areas: Baking, Culinary Arts, Events, Hospitality and Tourism.
He has also led dynamic teams within organizations such as the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts of the George Brown College, Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants, and the Keg Restaurants.
Joe has won the CAFP Educator of the Year Award and the OHI Top 30 Under 30 for his achievements in the fields of Hospitality and Education.
