James Brock is a writer, editor and chef from Texas. He has studied and worked at newspapers and restaurants around the world, including New York, Paris and Abu Dhabi.
In 2014, he founded The Brockhaus, a culinary think tank of private cooks for dinners and parties, inclusive of a Supper Club, wine seminars, and author readings.
