As part of the " Valorisation and promotion of authentic Italian agri-food products” project, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce organised the final promotional initiative on the theme of the authenticity of experiences and products for its members. Targeted at opinion makers, high-end consumers and the specialist and lifestyle press, the objective of the gala was to raise awareness of the unique qualities of products of protected geographic origin (PDO/PGI/DOC/DOCG). The event, which was attended by approximately 300 guests, showcased specialist operators, offering tastings and presentations of certified products, in which they described their unique characteristics, as well as providing information on where these products can be sourced in the New York metropolis.
